Operations Director
Ricky has been a Roofer since he left school. We’ll save his blushes and won’t tell you when that was. He’s worked for some of the leading roofing contractors in Scotland and has developed a wealth of knowledge and technical skills. Ricky is a fully qualified and Trusted Roofer holding NVQ and CSCS certification.
His responsibilities mainly include:
- On-Site Operations
- Quality Control
- Health & Safety
- Supply Chain & Logistics
James
Commercial Director
James chose a different career path and spent over 15 years working for the UK’s biggest companies in Financial Services and Utilities.
He spent significant time in the home improvement space and has strong views on what great looks like and how to delight our customers.
His responsibilities mainly include:
- Customer Service
- Sales & Marketing
- Administration
- Commercial & Financial Operations
